Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare studies, designs, and technical specifications for construction and development projects and follow up on their approval.
  • Prepare project plans, monitor implementation, and provide technical supervision of works in accordance with approved costs, timelines, and specifications.
  • Oversee maintenance, rehabilitation, and expansion works for buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
  • Manage and monitor university assets and facilities, assessing their condition and developmental needs.
  • Implement safety, quality, sustainability, and energy efficiency standards in projects and facilities.
  • Utilize modern systems and technologies in project and facility management, including smart solutions and digital data.
  • Prepare technical and financial progress reports for projects and follow up on addressing obstacles and deviations.
