Objectives

  1. Develop digital admission, registration, and academic service systems, and reduce transaction processing time.
  2. Improve the student experience, support academic success, and reduce attrition and dropout rates.
  3. Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of academic records and data.
  4. Enhance student services, rights, and engagement, and respond to their complaints and suggestions.

Main Tasks

  1. Manage admission and registration processes, and organize and update academic records and files.
  2. Issue university documents, certificates, and decrees, and follow up on transfer, deferral, withdrawal, and graduation procedures.
  3. Monitor students from admission to graduation, track academic struggles, and coordinate to address them.
  4. Develop and provide electronic student services and improve their accessibility.
  5. Prepare and update student data, statistics, and related reports.
  6. Follow up on student rights, complaints, and suggestions, and enhance the quality of services provided to them.
  7. Coordinate with colleges regarding academic results, graduation procedures, and the fulfillment of academic requirements.
