Objectives
1. Developing administrative and institutional performance and increasing the efficiency of university operations and services in accordance with the principles of quality and governance.
2. Enhancing financial management efficiency, financial sustainability, and the sound management of resources and assets.
3. Developing university infrastructure and projects in accordance with standards of quality, sustainability, and safety.
4. Developing the administrative services and office system, improving the speed of transaction completion, and supporting the university work environment.
5. Strengthening governance, legal compliance, risk management, and protecting the legal rights and interests of the university.
6. Accelerating digital and smart transformation in management and utilizing data and modern technologies to improve performance and decision-making.
Key Tasks
• Establishing administrative, financial, and operational policies and guidelines, monitoring their implementation, and evaluating their results.
• Supervising and coordinating with the administrative, financial, engineering, service, and legal departments reporting to the Assistant.
• Monitoring the efficiency of human, financial, and material resources and the sustainability of their use in line with the university's priorities.
• Supervising the implementation of construction, infrastructure, maintenance, equipment, and university service projects.
• Developing administrative services and office operations, transitioning towards digital services, and reducing procedures, time, and costs.
• Strengthening governance, compliance, and risk management, and monitoring legal affairs and protecting the university's interests.
• Monitoring administrative, financial, and operational performance indicators and submitting reports and recommendations to the University President and the University Council.
