Main Tasks
- Receiving, registering, classifying, routing, and following up on correspondence, official letters, and administrative transactions.
- Organizing the flow of documents and transactions between the university presidency, colleges, departments, units, and external entities.
- Managing the central archive and maintaining, classifying, and archiving documents both in paper and digital formats according to approved guidelines.
- Following up on the completion of transactions and correspondence to ensure they reach the concerned parties within specified timeframes.
- Developing and automating the registry, correspondence, electronic signature, and archiving system.
- Organizing meeting minutes, decisions, and official correspondence, maintaining them, and following up on the implementation of tasks related to the department.
- Preparing reports and statistics regarding the movement of correspondence and transactions and measuring performance levels.
